Have you heard “Konamon” ? Konemon refers to a dish made from flour. Konamon is a general term for dishes such as takoyaki and okonomiyaki, with flour as the main ingredient. It refers mainly to those baked with flour with water, but also broadly includes udon noodles, soba, dumplings and rice cakes, dumplings and cakes.
