The Global Warming Prevention Exhibition (GWPE), held concurrently, will celebrate its 15th anniversary under the theme of “CO2 Reduction and Promotion of New Energy and Energy-Saving Businesses.

At both exhibitions, a variety of technologies and services that address environmental pollution, global warming, as well as other issues will be exhibited under one roof.

Establishing a Special Corner

In order to make the venue structure easier for visitors to understand, two corners will be set up at the 2023 NEW Environmental Technology Exhibition / 2023 Global Warming Prevention Exhibition: The Venture (Startup) Corner and The Extreme Heat Measures Corner.

• The Venture (Startup) Corner
  The Venture Corner will promote the development of environmental business by focusing on startup companies that are engaged in new businesses and business expansion, companies that support new technologies, and support organizations that provide comprehensive support for these companies.
• The Extreme Heat Countermeasures Corner
  The “Extreme Heat Countermeasure Corner” will be set up to inform visitors of products, equipment, and services that can be expected to save electricity and reduce expenses, as well as provide familiar countermeasures that relieve discomfort.

Creators Market is the largest art event in the Tokai region, started by Vita Co., Ltd., located in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, which plans and manages events. Flea market, handmade art market and food trucks

There are three main popular flea market areas: one is the area where vendors bring their items by hand, another is the area where vendors sell goods directly from their vehicle, and the other is the area for handmade art goods.

In addition, there are around 30 food trucks offering a variety of different foods, and mini live shows hosted by a radio station, bayfm78. As with last year, it will take measures against infectious diseases, such as adjusting the layout of the stores and expanding the width of the aisles in the venue.

Flea Market Area

One of the attractions of the flea market is that “One Man’s Trash is Another Man’s Treasure”, as the old saying goes, and that buyers and sellers can communicate with each other. You can enjoy two different flea market area, one is the area where vendors bring their items by hand, another is the area where vendors sell goods directly from their vehicle.

Handmade art goods area: Exhibition Halls 5 and 6

It is a place where vendors sell limited original goods ranging from artistic works of art to hobby handicrafts. The area is super popular because it only sells original works by both professionals and amateurs, including artists’ works of art and hobby accessories. It is a perfect place for both kids and adults to discover unique treasures such as clothes and interior items.

Let’s find your one-of-a-kind goods! There is also a booth where you can experience handmade.

In a commercial area, there will be special sales of valuable items such as precious metals, as well as sales of clothing, bags, and other goods. Additionally, there will be spaces where companies can display their products and services to promote.

Food Trucks Area

About 30 food trucks will gather at the venue. In the south square, “Makuhari Umaimon Festival” is held where you can enjoy a full menu of Tuna Rice Bowl, Salmon Oyakodon, Broiled Omi Beef Sushi, Beef Tongue Rice Bowl and more!

Outside on the west side of Hall 1, the “World Gourmet Festival” will be held in the “Love Our Bay Food Court”, a sea-friendly concept area where containers made from ocean-friendly materials are used and the wastes generated in the area are sorted.

Mini live show hosted by bayfm78

At Exhibition Hall 3 (south side), you can find radio station bayfm’s stage truck. There will be mini-live performances by popular artists and performances by top athletes of the “breaking” that has been adopted as an official event at the Paris Olympics. MC KENSAKU, who is familiar with bayfm’s “breakin’ style”, will also be performing!

The bayfm’s track stage will be held on May 4th and 5th only. Depending on the weather or other reasons, the contents of the event may be changed or partly canceled.

What is Design Festa?

This design festa is an art event that anyone can participate in without judging, regardless of whether they are professionals or amateurs, as long as the exhibit is original (created by themselves). Started in 1994, it is currently one of the largest art events in Japan, with approximately 6,500 booths and approximately 60,000 visitors over the two days, and held twice a year (May and November) at the Tokyo Big Sight.

SIAL was founded in Paris, France in 1964 as a food exhibition, and was first held in China in 2000 as “SIAL China”. SIAL Shanghai is held in May and SIAL Shenzhen in August each year. This trade show is a BtoB event intended for business negotiations, so the general public and those under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter. Admission is free, but pre-registration is required on the official website.

At Beauty World Japan Tokyo 2022 held last year, 672 companies (including 8 overseas companies) exhibited during the three-day period, and a total of 58,830 people visited.

Rilakkuma will visit the Chubu area from Tuesday, March 16 2023♪

This tour is an event that traverses all over the Japan from north to south with Rilakkuma as an icon. We are also planning to hold limited products for sale of local designs is Chubu, events such as sports GOMI and children’s cafeterias, and campaigns where visitors can participate. Over the two days of November 9th (Wednesday) and 10th (Thursday), 2022, the 2nd 2025 World Exposition Support EXPO will be held at INTEX Osaka (1-5-102 Nankohoku, Suminoe-ku, Osaka 559-0034) and is expected to attract approximately 10,000 visitors.

The target visitors are key persons such as: government officials involved in preparations for the 2025 World Exposition, embassies planning to exhibit their pavilions at the 2025 World Exposition, persons in charge of a company planning to exhibit a pavilion at the 2025 World Exposition, and private businesses such as advertising agencies that are preparing for the 2025 World Exposition.
